  • We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US/China So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Shipping times:

  • after you order, we can ship it out in 3 working days, and the scooter arrive to you in 5-30 days.

Shipping cost:

  • Free delivery for any item.

 

How to track your package:

When purchasing online using your credit card on our website, rest assured that all of your information is entered into a secure SSL-encrypted web page. This encrypted information is then transmitted directly to our credit card provider's network for authorization and approval.

It's important to note that your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

 

Returns and Refunds:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. 
  • Timing: we have a 5 days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email: wellcubestore@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

 

Orders placement

  • Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". 
  • It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
  • If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order form. We normally send your order information immediately to production facility but if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will still be able to make your requested amendments.
